  • Money orders and Cashier's Checks will be accepted
  • All orders outside the U.S.A. should be wire transfer in U.S. funds
  • All payments for International orders will be accepted via PAYPAL (verified customers only)
  • We do accept personal checks, but orders will be shipped only after check clears

General Information::

Damages or Loss ::    

All merchandise is packaged with the utmost care to insure that all is received in excellent condition. Note: For all shipments via United Parcel Service, United States Postal Service or other service carrier any damage or missing packages encountered a claim should be filed immediately with said carrier for compensation. All merchandise shipped out of our facility leave intact and damage free, therefore all damages or shortages will be to the account of the shipping service carrier.

All of your personal and / or corporate information received to process all order will be held with strict confidentiality. No information will be disseminated or sold to third party agencies for unauthorized use.

Returns & Exchange Policy



Please read our Return Policy.

  • If you're not satisfied with what you have received, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, so that we can process your return for money back, less shipping and 15% restocking fees

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product at your end and It should not be altered or tampered or used and should be in original packaging

  • Buyer has to bear all expenses for returning. Please ensure that you send the product back though a reliable courier / shipping Company

  • All Returns must be received in resalable condition, if a return is damaged we reserve the right to refuse, replace, repair, and or with hold credit at DRH Nauticals discretion

  • Please contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) and instructions

  • With all returns, please include:
  • your name, shipping address, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return Special orders are not eligible to be returned

  • Large volume orders ($1000 plus and / or over 25 pieces may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned

DRH Nautical does not make nor manufacture any of the items that we sell in our store. Therefore, we are to be held harmless of any liability due to any damage or injury caused by any of the items that we sell. Also do not use un-coated brass items to drink out of or to place food in. Brass table items are for DECORATION ONLY and NOT as food or beverage utensils unless coated with a stable lacquer or poly coating.
